Delhi High Court Quashes Criminal Case Against Gautam Gambhir for COVID-19 Drug Distribution

The Delhi High Court has dismissed the criminal case against Indian cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir and his foundation for allegedly distributing COVID-19 medications without a license during the pandemic. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna quashed the complaint filed by Delhi's Drug Control Department, which had sought punishment under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
