Deadly 5.5-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Bangladesh: 9 Dead and Over 300 Injured Near Dhaka

A powerful 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck near Dhaka, Bangladesh, killing at least nine people and injuring more than 300. The tremor damaged 14 buildings and caused a power station fire. Interim leader Muhammad Yunus confirmed the government is implementing emergency measures while the tremors were felt as far as Kolkata, India.
