Patna Metro Inaugurated: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar Opens First Section Ahead of Assembly Elections

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has inaugurated a 3.45-km elevated section of the Patna Metro, connecting three stations before the state assembly elections announcement. The Rs 13,925.5 crore project, jointly funded by JICA, central and state governments, will eventually feature two corridors with 24 stations, with full operations expected by 2027.
