Two auto rickshaw drivers in Hyderabad died after self-administering stolen Atranium, a surgical muscle relaxant. The investigation revealed a chain of negligence starting from a private hospital where the controlled substance was left unsecured after surgery, leading to theft by a ward boy who sold it through intermediaries. Three arrests have been made with charges including culpable homicide.
