Chidambaram's appeal against the Enforcement Directorate's attachment of his assets, ruling that the delayed prosecution complaint was protected by Supreme Court's Covid-19 limitation extensions. The attachment of his ₹16.05 crore Jor Bagh property share and multiple bank accounts will continue, though possession can only be taken under exceptional circumstances.
