Pakistan Violence Surges 46% in 2025: CRSS Report Warns of Deadliest Year in Decade

According to a recent CRSS report, Pakistan has witnessed a 46% increase in violence during the third quarter of 2025, with 901 fatalities and 599 injuries recorded. With 2414 fatalities in just three quarters, 2025 is on track to become one of Pakistan's deadliest years in a decade. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan remain the most volatile regions, accounting for 96% of the violence nationwide.
