The Mumbai-based company has initiated discussions with investment bankers, though still in early stages. As one of India's oldest digital matchmaking services, Shaadi.com competes with publicly listed Matrimony.com and Info Edge's Jeevansathi.com, entering a robust Indian IPO market that has already raised over $19 billion this year.
