France Issues Third Arrest Warrant Against Bashar al-Assad for Syrian Chemical Attacks

France has issued a third arrest warrant against former Syrian president Bashar al-Assad for deadly chemical attacks in 2013, including those in Eastern Ghouta that killed over 1,000 people with sarin nerve gas.
